With regard to the purchase and sale of used mobile phone in Karachi police, LCD and electronics Dealers Association, code of conduct, the CPC has set.According to the code of conduct for the shopkeeper to buy mobile must sell a copy of the identity card of the person who will receive the mobile phone, if the phonewas taken away not to be stolen or was found guilty as a spectator.

If a shopkeeper was taken away, stolen or sold, he was confirmed without a mobile phone the owner shall pay the cost of the customer and of the 411 Pakistani shopkeeper Panel code (PPC) will apply.
